As Food
We develop the food industry in Africa
Meeting the challenge of food self-sufficiency
According to the FAO, African agriculture loses 100 million tons of agricultural commodities each year due to post-harvest losses. We offer an innovative solution to address these losses.

Our solution to help fight against
post-harvest losses

Innovative and versatile mini-factories

At the heart of our solution are innovative and versatile mini-factories for processing fruits and vegetables. They are designed to be transported and process the harvest directly on the production sites, which considerably reduces post-harvest losses.

A contribution to green ecosystems

The mini-factories are accompanied by an organizational approach, in order to guarantee the adoption of the technology by the rural communities. To this end, we partner with governmental and non-governmental organizations to provide training and education services tailored to rural communities.
According to the FAO, 100 million tonnes of crops are lost each year in Africa, enough to feed 300 million people! The highest rate of loss is found in fruits and vegetables (40%), especially during peak harvests. One of the main reasons is weak processing infrastructure. This situation poses a massive challenge to the food resilience and well-being of local populations, contributing to its exodus.
